Mr Chen Zhi (“Mr Chen”), a young business prodigy, started assisting his father on their family business in 1980s Shenzhen. Mr Chen seized his opportunity during the rise of digital era, setting up his first business operations of small internet café and gaming centres in Fuzhou, Fujian.

In 2011, Mr Chen venture out to uncharted waters of real estate investment in Cambodia. Together with his venture partner, Xin Tian Jian (Cambodia) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd was born.
They quickly became one of the most renowned real estate investment and brokerages in Cambodia.

With the experience he gained throughout the years, Mr Chen sold his business (Joint-Venture) to another business associate and started his own real estate empire.

In 2015, Mr Chen started Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Investment Co., Ltd, an international and diversified group of companies focusing on real estate development and leasing of commercial and residential properties in Cambodia.

Now known as Prince Real Estate Group (“Prince Group”), the leading business conglomerates in Cambodia, their international portfolio includes huge investments in the real estate, communications and finance sectors.

Prince Group has made remarkable achievements throughout the years, in the fields of real estate development, hotels, clubs, chain supermarkets, resort, catering and other businesses.
